An invitation ยท Open-source code

One block at a time.

I started with a street I know. I would love to see what happens when other people add the places they know.

Bring your corner of Toronto.

Correct a facade. Add the next block. Build a new mission or a new explanation to play through.

Keep the world and the brief separate.

The world contains what is actually true. The character plans from what it knows. That separation lets contributors explore incomplete information, a changed task, or an outdated memory without rewriting the whole game.

Leave the next person a good starting point.

Include the reference, the date, what you observed, and what you estimated. Keep streets connected. Test movement and a complete mission. Give artists and data providers credit, and only contribute media you can share.

Start building.

The code is MIT licensed. Maps, fonts, photographs, and artwork retain their own terms. The repository includes the runnable game, an example of a new route, tests, and a contribution guide.

A general neighbourhood-pack loader and browser-based editor are future work. The current game already separates its route planner from rendering, and the planner accepts new node names and route rules.

Get the code and contribute on GitHub, or download the source ZIP.
